Telu's recent painting

Here are some of the things I have done recently.
I am painting in acrylics now. It forces me to work fast.
As a result, the pictures look more spontaneous and seem to have more energy.
They are not all that good.
But as I said I just enjoy the process of creating something out of nothing.




















The calligraphy is my Princeton teacher ProfessorHarvey Lam's work. He left China and came to US when he was 16.But he is a wonderful calligrapher, and a very smart and niceperson. He and I kept close contact. The first three are frommy "class work", and the last one from the group plainairpainting at Gas Work park in Seattle a month ago. Our littleFormosa Art Club (6 people) are going out there on 8/20 again topaint. I'll do more of these towers and pipes.

Bad luck

My neighbor was remodeling their appartment.
Accidently, they digged a big hole on my ceiling.
Their designer decided to fix the hole for me this morning.
